I try to eat healthy. Piece of fruit in my lunch box, yogurt, and entree/snacks. Lately tho I've been snacking like crazy after work and replacing breakfast with coffee. Coffee breakfast is a bad idea. =(
I know I need to work out more, and snack less. And drink more water. I do have a condition where weight loss is very very hard, but that can't be an excuse.
