OK, imagine this.
You are a doctor. I am a cop. You get the buckifier. You can't use your role and you lose your win con. You target me with the buckifier. You can use your role again and have your old wincon back. My role is blocked now and I don't have a wincon. If I target someone with the buckifier I'll be able to use my role again and get my wincon back etc.

Someone starts as the buck. The buck targets a person and if that person is buckable, they pass the buck role onto them and take their role. Then the new person with the buck can do the same. Until the buck dies or the game ends and whoever is left with the Buck role or dies as the Buck loses.
