Where do I find the bow and arrow?

The Bow and Arrow are collected on the Sandship,

after defeating Scervo the mechanical Stalfos pirate.

They appear in a chest on the Sandship.

You have to beat Scervo to obtain them, it's a great fight

 

[Hacked]

There is a chest after you beat the mini boss scervo and in the chest is the bow and arrows
