Elijah shook his head. "They're all, for lack of a better word, idiots. Nothing but rivalry among them. I think Altonia would be safest either with the first group or staying neutral."
Magnico nodded. "Sage advice." He laughed at his own joke.
Elijah squinted his eyes. "Sage... OH!" He said, realization flooding his face. "I get it."

"Hello? Yes, the thing is, it's not up to us. While joining is certainly an option, we are concerned that joining may cause trouble, so we are debating telling our superiors to stay neutral. However, in the end, our superiors are to make the decision, not us."
