3Ds Trouble downloading and updating anything.

For some reason my 3Ds is now having trouble downloading or updating any software. I found a work around with putting it to download later and putting the 3ds in sleep mode. Just annoying since when I tried downloading it would go to at lst half way or more before giving an error message.

Anyone else having this trouble?
