After Link learns from [[Fledge]] that [[Groose]] and his friends trapped his [[Loftwing]] near [[Waterfall Cave]], [[Pipit]] warns Link that the cave is dangerous to explore and that he should borrow a sword from Knight Commander [[Eagus]] before he enters the cave - Eagus is happy to see Link is willing to train even on the [[Wing Ceremony]], and lets him borrow a sword{{Ref|SS|4272|Eagus}}.
