Fly to the House of Gales and go behind by its right side to reach a tile, flipping it with the Tornado Rod will yield a Maiamai. Go down the stairs of the island and there will be a rock bank with a hollow center right in front of them. Dive down to reach the Maiamai. Go to the southeast-most area of the map and go up until you see the racing bro, merge into the wall and move to the right. Continue moving until you see a large rock.
