Should useful or unique building components be added?

I just added the location of a metal car chassis as it can be a useful building component and can only be found in a few places. But what is useful is somewhat subjective and this could lead to a large number of markers which some may not find useful and instead just see as clutter.

I think as long as it is moderated and kept in control, I’d like to see the locations of useful building materials, and I think others would as well. 

I am new here and wanted to contribute locations like this but also want to work with the exist community to make sure I’m not causing a problem instead of helping. I was surprised I could contribute just by creating an account and I wanted to make sure I’m not going against the flow or disrupting anything. Nitefang (talk) 16:48, July 23, 2023 (UTC)

Discussing this on the wiki channel in the discord would be better, but all in all I think building components are best left for datamining and the 'sensor' tool. Having a 'pin' for components is going to be too many pins on the map. Thortok2000 (talk) 01:05, July 24, 2023 (UTC)
