Once Pyper has arrived at the [[Outskirt Stable]] with the the rest of the troupe, Link can complete the [[Serenade to Kaysa]]. Speak with [[Mastro]] to begin the quest. Link will need to use the nearyb [[Stone Slab]], [[Big Wheel]]s, and a [[Steering Stick]] to create a vehicle that can ride up the rubble. After attaching the troups wagon, [[Breezer]], Link can talk to Mastro and they'll jump on board.
