Zombies will crawl out of the ground and quickly come at [[Link]]. These enemies are found around the [[Cemetery]] area of [[Koholint Island]]<ref> "Zombies are walking piles of flesh and bone who haunt the area surrounding Koholint Island's Cemetery." — ([http://zelda.com/universe/pedia/z.jsp The Great Hyrule Encyclopedia]). </ref>. After walking a few steps, the Zombie will go underground again. Link must keep walking, quickly turn around, and slice his sword to easily defeat a Zombie. Zombies will continually rise up from the graves and attack Link until he leaves the screen.
