Wooden Sword: Difference between revisions

The Wooden Sword is the first item available for [[Link]] to collect. While it is optional, not picking it up will make the game considerably more challenging. The Wooden Sword can be found on the [[Starting Screen]], where there is a small cave on the northern rock. Inside, the [[Old Man]] will say the legendary line, "IT'S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE! TAKE THIS".<ref>{{Cite|LoZ|41|[[Old Man]]}}</ref> He will then give Link the Wooden Sword. The Wooden Sword is by fair the weakest sword in the game. An example of this is the fact that it takes eigh thits to kill [[Aquamentus]] with the Wooden Sword, but only two with the Magical Sword. Later on in the game, it can be replaced by the [[White Sword]] and/or the [[Magical Sword]].
