Hit the first gravity switch and wait until the giant ball hits the target. Keep on low gravity, and get a Large Zonai Charge from the chest and then jump into the left launcher and have it launch you into the upper room that opened. Use the gravity switch in this room once the ball has entered the second launching area, so that it is yellow before the giant ball is launched. Then once the giant ball is launched over the wall, hit the gravity switch again so it is green to make the giant ball fall timely. If you hit it too early it'll just drop before the target, if you hit it too late it'll fall behind it, and if you don't change the gravity when the ball falls into the secondary launching pit you will likely miss your opportunity to gain the power needed and it will fall in front of the walled chamber.
