Zelda meets Tech Age

Legend of Zelda hard drive8 Bit Memory released this hard drive yesterday. The hard drive comes in 500GB, 750GB, or 1 TB. See the product here.

Around this time last year 8 Bit Memory had a similar product released, but these smaller hard drives quickly sold out. Now it seems they are stocked and ready for your order! The cartridge is a replica of the classic gold version of the first Legend of Zelda game.

8 Bit Memory have many other products that are nostalgic of the 8 bit era (and the 16 bit era as well); they make several other Zelda products including this A Link To The Past hard drive which is smaller and has options of 500 GB or 320 GB; another neat product of theirs is this Zelda Clock which is a little pricey, but perhaps it’s worth the novelty value.

The hard drives are pricey, yes, but for many collectors they’re worth the price for a portable reminder of your favorite game series. I know they are awesome on a scale of 1 to 10, but I don’t think I’ll be buying one anytime soon, but what about you? Did this just get added to your christmas wish list? or is the price tag just too much? Let us know in the comments.
