Zelda Fanart Spotlight – LoZ MM – stone tower climb

Today’s Zelda Fanart Spotlight is on Deviantart artist Yamoshi’s fanart, “LoZ MM – stone tower climb”. In this fanart is shows Link and Tatl from the Zelda game, Majora’s Mask, gazing up at the inner area of Stone Tower. This artwork excellently shows the scale that the inside of the towers have. One can sense the intimidation that Link is feeling upon seeing how far he has to climb in order to reach the temple located at the top.
The lighting effects are done well too. They illuminate Link as well as a few of the blocks in the area quite well and also helps to emphasize the great scale that the tower possesses.
I really like this fanart. I love how it reminds me of the time when I first entered this area when I was playing the game. I remember feeling the same intimidation when I saw just how high I had to go. Especially when I realized that if I fell it was all over!
