A project that we have been following closely here at Zelda Dungeon is finally complete. Well, at least as far as 2012 is concerned.

Link’s Blacklist’s is a tribute project to the enemies in the Zelda series that our friends over at Game-Art-HQ have been running since June. While all the finished images can be viewed on their deviantART group page, it can now be found in it’s entirety on their site. The gallery can be found by clicking here, and even if you’ve already seen some of the earlier entries it’s worth checking out. When you click on one of the thumbnails it shows not only the artwork you’ve selected, but any other pieces of art that were submitted of that same enemy. They also include a small blurb about the enemy, as well as any official images from the games for comparison.

There is an impressive group of artists who have contributed their work to this project, and below you’ll get to see a few entries from the last bunch of new images that have come in since our last update.

but the most interesting part about Link’s Blacklist, is that it will be an on-going project, with major updates every six months. Which means if your an artists wanting to get in on the fun they are once again open to applicants. More information about that after the jump!

First, lets take a look at the latest batch of artwork from the project:

Zelda: Seize the Dark by Reaper Bunny

Like before, I can only share with you guys a small portion of the many entries they have received, so go check out the entire project page by clicking here, as well as show your support for the individual artists by visiting their individual deviantART pages.

Now if you are an artist looking to contribute to Link’s Blacklist for the next big update, click here for the groups journal entry on the subject, it will have all the information about how to sign up as well as which enemies you can choose from.

So what do you think about this project as a whole, and is there one entry that you can say is your favorite? Are you planning on joining in for the first 2013 batch? Share your thoughts below!
