At their E3 presentation this morning, Nintendo announced a multi-player theme park called Nintendo Land that will launch alongside the debut of the Wii U. Within the park there will be various single player and multiplayer attractions for everyone to visit and play. Among the sections that will be available is the new Legend of Zelda: Battle Quest.

Jump inside to see some more for yourself!

Coming from Nintendo’s own E3 page:

The player with the GamePad is an archer who can aim and shoot arrows using the screen as a view finder. That player is joined by up to three others who wield Wii Remote Plus controllers like swords. Players work together to take on a variety of enemies in a world that looks like a cloth version of a game from The Legend of Zelda series.

Whoa, multiplayer Zelda?! Finally!

So what do you think? Do you think this game will be as fun as it sounds? It’s certainly no Zelda Wii U, but it sounds like it will be a fun distraction while we wait! Let us know in the comments below.
