Suni Welcome all to Zelda Artist Expositions—my series of features where I showcase an artist I have found that I think is amazing or deserves more credit. As always comments are welcomed and appreciated, and if you have an artist you think should be featured, let me know and I will add him or her to my list. And of course, please be supportive. Today we have a very unique artist. Our feature is theonlybriman47, suggested by staff member Jessica.

Briman — pronounced br-eye-man as he puts it — has been on deviantART for five years. He hails from the United States and works with several mediums as the Zelda category is split between digital and traditional painting. So far he has uploaded 174 pieces and amassed 946 followers as of this feature.

Compared to other artists I have featured, Briman’s gallery is pretty sparsely Zelda-related, but he has several very notable pieces so that is good enough for me. While he works mostly with types of painting, his art varies well in style and impact. Between his different mediums and different subjects, Briman’s art is usually most striking in terms of coloring, often sticking to cooler, moodier colors although there is always a heavy presence of white. His art also tends to be surrealistic in the nature of the work and the tone.

Below are some of his Zelda pieces.

I hope you guys enjoyed the art, and be sure to check out Briman’s profile below. He only has six total Zelda works but his gallery offers much more than just Zelda. Thanks for reading!
