Zora Cape is a location featured in Majora's Mask. The area itself is situated in the third region in the game, Great Bay and more specifically the outside area, towards the southern section of Zora Hall. This area can only by accessed by a member of the Zora race. Its most notable feature is the Owl Statue, which serves as one of the warp points on the map. A member of the Indigo-Go's, Lulu can be found here while off into the distance of the Cape lies the cursed Great Bay Temple.

Story

Link is only allowed access to this area while in Zora form, in which he must obtain the Zora Mask from the fallen Mikau. Once he enters the area, the young hero meets Lulu, who is distressed with recent events in the region and the fact that she has lost her voice. Link must find Lulu's seven missing Zora Eggs, which he must return to the Marine Research Lab. Upon doing done so, the baby Zoras form into a series of musical notes. Link can then take out his Ocarina and learn the New Wave Bossa Nova. Returning to the Cape and playing the newly acquired song makes Lulu reminisce about her mother, who used to play that song when she was younger. Lulu with her newly restored voice is able to resume rehearsing before their performance at the Carnival of Time.

Off in the distance of the Zora Cape lies the Great Bay Temple and this location plays an integral role in entering the Temple itself. When Link learns the "New Wave Bossa Nova" he can play it to summon the Giant Turtle. Link must hookshot onto the strange tree growing on the back of the turtle's shell. This great beast then transports Link to the entrance of the cursed Temple.
