The first time Link comes here, Kaepora Gaebora will appear, and tell Link that in order to enter Zora's Domain, he must play Zelda's Lullaby. Also, the Magic Bean Salesman is located just a little further away, and he will sell Link Magic Beans for a rate that is ten Rupees higher than the last time.
