Zill is a young boy who appears on Outset Island in The Wind Waker.

Overview

Zill lives on Outset Island with his mom and dad, Rose and Abe, and his older brother Joel. Zill can usually be found on the west side of Outset Island, although at the very start of the game, he is seen on the east side, near Grandma's House. He informs Link that his Grandma has been looking for him.

Zill is very distinguishable, as he has a long drip of snot hanging out of his nose. For reasons unknown, Zill purposely allows his nose to continiously run. Zill can be very inquisitive and playful, always asking Link questions, such as what is for dinner, or if Link can come up the hill and play with him later on.

Whenever Link comes near him, he bounces after him and follows him around the island. Even if Zill goes into the ocean, his nose still continues to run. He also enjoys talking very fast and doesn't stop to think about what he says before he says it.

One of the tile puzzles on the Private Oasis, when solved, shows an image of Zill.
