Zeffa is a character in The Minish Cap. Zeffa is first available for Link's use after he has completed the Fortress of Winds. Zeffa will fly to Link then carry him away when he plays the Ocarina of Wind, Zeffa will then drop Link off at any one of the eight Wind Crests that Link chooses. This is also very similar to the Duck in A Link to the Past
