The island is surrounded by rather shallow water which Link can walk on without having to worry about swimming. A wooden bridge to the southeast connects the island to [[Goponga Island]]. From there, more wooden bridges can be seen, eventually connecting the series of islands to the main road, just to the west of the wetlands. | |||

Zauz Island is a location in Breath of the Wild.
Overview
Zauz Island is the large island at the west portion of the Lanayru Wetlands, located directly east of the Wetland Stable. The island is surrounded by rather shallow water which Link can walk on without having to worry about swimming. A wooden bridge to the southeast connects the island to Goponga Island. From there, more wooden bridges can be seen, eventually connecting the series of islands to the main road, just to the west of the wetlands.
There are some ruins on the island, as well as a small well. Link can use Magnesis to move the ball into the well, causing a Korok to appear. A lone Green Lizalfos can be found patrolling the area. Additionally, a Wooden Shield and a Wooden Bow can be found lying around.
