The Whirlwind is an item that appears in Spirit Tracks. It is found in the first main Dungeon of the game, the Forest Temple. Once equipped, it can be used by blowing in the Nintendo DS system's microphone, which unleashes a powerful gust of wind which can move keys or other small objects a couple yards, remove poisonous gas, spin propellers, and move Phantoms a short distance. This item is key to defeating the Forest Temple's boss, Stagnox, Armored Colossus.
