Waterfall of Wishing

The Waterfall of Wishing is a mysterious fairy fountain featured in A Link to the Past. It is situated in the right hand corner of the map, in the Zora's Spring/River area. After passing through the thin veil created by the waterfall itself, Link will find himself in a cave with a small pool. When one approaches the pool, one will be given the option of throwing an item into its depths. If the player throws an item in, a Great Fairy will appear and ask them if the item is their property. If one replies yes, then the fairy will either return ones item to oneself, or replace it with an upgraded version of the item, depending on what item was thrown in.
