The Water Town of Saria, also referred to as Saria, is a location from The Adventure of Link.
Here Link helps a woman find her lost Mirror. After this task is complete, Link is led to a Old Man who teaches him the Life Spell.
The Water Town of Saria is very hazardous as it is one of two towns where the Eyes of Ganon lurk.
After locating Bagu in the woods northeast of Saria,, the River Man transports him granting access to the Hammer located in Spectacle Rock.
