Water, is commonly used in all Zelda games. It comes in multiple forms like in the sea, lakes and ponds, in a bottle and rain. It appears in all games and has depth in the 3d games and is most of the time swimmable when it is found in a sea, lake and pond.

Link can find Hot Spring Water at the Hot Spring in the Goron Graveyard, in a hidden hole on the Twin Islands in Snowhead, and Beneath the Well.
