Wahgo Katta Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Metal Connections
To your right, there are three metal blocks with grating on them. They are climbable and can be manipulated with Magnesis. Climb them up first to open the chest, then jump down.
Move the blocks to the northeast to another platform (you can move them slowly to keep them stacked, but of course if they fall, you can always manipulate them with Magnesis). Climb up and you will find another metal piece with grating, this time a long board. Drop the board down to the ground.
