I thought I'd toss in a fan fiction section here.  Every week expect a new read.  Great place to be if you're bored.  This is one of my favorites I submitted for Garo's WCC:
Princess of Destiny
Princess Ruto awoke in a fever pitch. The enshrouding darkness was consummate with the moon hardly visible behind the clouds. Turning her head she snatched the Zora’s Sapphire from her bedside. It was a gift given to her from her mother, long deceased in the Hylian Civil War. Fingering the precious gem she pondered over the occurrences of the past few days.
Hyrule wasn’t the same kingdom it had been seven years ago. Everything went downhill when that desert man had usurped the throne. Her father insisted she marry a man to keep her safe. Six months had passed since his initial proposal and not one suitor had ever gained the front porch.
Exhaling a sigh of relief Ruto slid the pendant into her drawer and headed towards the lake. The sprawling veranda was a sight to behold. The grass was sprinkled with dew from light showers earlier that night.
A desire to fish suddenly hit the princess. It was crazy digging worms by candle fire and she felt like a child breaking the rules. At last she unloaded and dipped her pole into the water. An hour passed and nothing occurred. Just as she was about to head back two brilliant fish appeared-one white and the other black. She had never seen the species before and they appeared a perfect juxtaposition, yin and yang, desire and fulfillment, life and death.
Perhaps it was a sign from the Goddess Hylia herself? The area had been named in her honor after all. Long ago the brave deity had descended from the heaven and assumed a mortal form so as to vanquish the centurions of evil. The flowing water was a symbol of the hope her sacrifice offered the world and on its peripheries the Zora had established an empire.
She rose and slowly meandered back to her living quarters. Ruto sat down on her porch and watched the moon descend. Dusk gave way to dawn. Soon the sun’s amber fluid arrived to quench the thirst of the day.

Biography

I'll keep it succinct for now although I'll probably add more information later.

I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and have since lived in the surrounding suburbs. I currently live with my mother, father, two brothers, and grandmother.

My schooling history has been one of various medals, certificates, and acknowledgments, and am currently top of the class senior in high school.

ZD Time

I started using the main site in late 2008/early 2009. I came for the walkthroughs, stayed for the curiosity shop, and ever since have been commenting avidly on news posts and the forums. I now wish to make major contributions to the site wiki.

Fan Fiction
