Uli is the woman from Ordon Village in Twilight Princess who is Colin's mother and Rusl's wife. In the beginning of the game, one of the meddlesome monkeys steals her Baby Cradle. If Link uses the Hawk Grass to call a hawk to retrieve it, she will give him a Fishing Rod which Colin made for Link, a necessary item to complete the game. At the very end of the game, she is shown with a newborn baby girl in the cradle that Link got back for her.
