Twinrova are two witches that are said to be Ganondorf's surrogate mothers. They are named Kotake and Koume. They each have a special power. Kotake controls ice. Koume controls fire. When combined, they are referred to as Twinrova. In Ocarina of Time, Twinrova is the boss of the Spirit Temple.
