The true master sword is the final upgrade of the Goddess Sword in Skyward Sword.

The true master sword is the Master Sword after being blessed by the goddess, Hylia. It now has the power to vanquish Demise. The blessing is received shortly after Zelda reveals herself as the Goddess reborn. It is her last gift to Link before entering her long sleep and sealing away The Imprisoned.
The true master sword has become known as the Master Sword, regardless of the difference. The normal Master Sword has several stylistic similarities to the unawakened Master Sword in The Wind Waker.
