"Legends say these trousers were favored by a hero from an ancient age. Their simple design is a rare aesthetic these days, but there's something classic about them."
The Trousers of the Hero are an amiibo exclusive item found in Breath of the Wild. They have a base defense of 3, and can be obtained by scanning the Link (The Legend of Zelda) amiibo, through the use of the amiibo Rune. Scanning the amiibo will drop various items from the sky, along with a treasure chest, which has a chance of containing the Trousers of the Hero, but can also contain different items. The amiibo can only be scanned once per day.
This item cannot be dyed, but can be enhanced by visiting the various Great Faries across Hyrule.
