Treasure Chart 43 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker. Treasure Charts number 42 through 46 are charts that exclusively appear in The Wind Waker HD.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
The Treasure Chart can be found on a Platform near Horseshoe Island, which is the square at the far southwest corner of the Great Sea. There are a pair of platforms with cannon turrets attached, along with some enemies on top of the platforms. Each platform also has a switch that Link can step on and it will cause a treasure chest to appear on the adjacent platform. One of the treasure chests contains a Golden Feather with the other containing Treasure Chart 43.
Defeat the turrets to make it easier to scale the Platforms
Step on the floor switch that is on top of the Platforms
A couple Treasure Chests will appear on the Platforms
Sunken Treasure
The corresponding Sunken Treasure can be found at Outset Island and it contains a Orange Rupee, which is worth 100 Rupees. In the original version of The Wind Waker, this sunken treasure location was from one of the Triforce Charts and it contained a Triforce Shard.
