Treasure Chart 40 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
The Treasure Chart can be found on one of the Platforms on Southern Fairy Island Platform, located two square west of the Forest Haven. Near the island there are three Platforms, with each of them having cannon turrets that will shoot out at Link. If Link defeats the turrets on the southern and northwestern platforms, treasure chests will appear.
Link will need climb up the ladder at the southern platform and play the Wind's Requiem. After shifting the wind to the north, he can leap off and use the Deku Leaf to glide on over. One of the chests contains a Skull Necklace, while the other has Treasure Chart #40.
Sunken Treasure
The corresponding Sunken Treasure can be found at Headstone Island and it contains a Silver Rupee, which is worth 200 Rupees.
