Treasure Chart 24 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
The Treasure Chart is given as the reward for completing the Putting the Rumors to Rest sidequest. Link can begin the quest by speaking with Pompie and Vera to hear rumors of Lenzo and Minenco getting together.[1][2][3][4]
Link will need to first sneak into Lenzo's House through the balcony. Link can reach the balcony, by activating the Windmill and jump down to the door, or by floating over with the Deku Leaf. To activate the Windmill, play the Wind's Requiem and have the wind blow to the north. Then climb up the ladder, located outside just behind the Sinking Ships mini-game building. Step on the switch to cause the Windmill to activate. Enter the Sinking Ships building and climb the staircase inside to make your way up, right next to the Windmill.
Once inside, Link can crawl through the narrow passage to find Lenzo and Minenco. Link can then pull out the Deluxe Pictobox and snap a Pictograph. Link can then show the pictograph of the two of them to Pompie and Vera.[5][6] After seeing the picture, the two admit that they were wrong about Lenzo having a girlfriend. Pompie will then give Link Treasure Chart 24.
Play the Wind's Requiem and blow the wind to the north.
Climb the ladder behind the Sinking Ships building
Step on the floor switch here to activate the Windmill
The Windmill will begin to move
Ride the Windmaill
Leap off to the balcony of Lenzo's House
Open the chests for a Purple Rupee and Treasure Chart 29
Crawl through the narrow opening
Link will appear at a secret opening near the main entrance of Lenzo's house
Take a Pictograph of Lenzo and Minenco
Show Pompie and vera the Pictograph to get Treasure Chart 24
Sunken Treasure
The corresponding Sunken Treasure can be found at Northern Fairy Island and it contains a Silver Rupee, worth 200 Rupees.
