Treasure Chart 15 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
After acquiring the Boomerang and cutting the vines down of the platform in the large central chamber, Link will be able to reach the Basement level of the Forbidden Woods. After traveling through the door to the west, and then advancing one room, further, he'll come to a room where there is a hanging platform. Link can cut the four ropes, causing the platform to drop down into the water below. From here, he drop down and pickup a nearby Bomb. Link can use this bomb to blast at the wooden boards, allowing Link to reach the adjacent room, which is where the Treasure Chart is found.
The room is filled with Boko Baba, Peahats, and Morths. Jump across a few platforms to reach the central platform. Run around the room and use the Boomerang to defeat all the Morths on the higher platform. Jump onto the platform and then defeat the Boko Baba at the subsequent platform. From here, use the bulb to launch yourself up to a higher ledge.
Use the Deku Leaf to blow some air at the switch here, causing the moving cart to come on by. Ride the cart to the other side of the room and pick up the bomb. Hop onto the cart and throw the bomb into the hole on top of tree stump below. The bomb will fall and kill the plant inside. Jump down into the hole and open the chest for Treasure Chart #15.
Hit the four ropes to drop the platform.
Use a bomb to blast the wooden boards.
Defeat the Boko Baba to get to the central platform.
Use the bulb to launch up to the higher lever.
Hit the switch to get the cart to move over.
Toss a bomb down the hole, to clear the vine around the chest.
