The Treacherous Tower is a minigame found in A Link Between Worlds.
Location
Treacherous Tower can be found on Death Mountain in Lorule, exactly where the Tower of Hera is located in Hyrule.
Gameplay
Treacherous Tower has gameplay similar to Savage Labyrinth or Cave of Ordeals, pitting Link against a roomful of enemies and only letting him progress when all then enemies are defeated. However, once entered, Link can not leave Treacherous Tower unless he dies or emerges victorious.
Modes
Beginner
Beginner Mode consists of five floors and costs 100 rupees to play. The floors are as follows:
- Floor 1- Eight Mini Moldrom
- Floor 2- Ten Sand Crab
- Floor 3- Eight Octorok
- Floor 4- Four Pink Stalfos and Four White Stalfos
- Floor 5- Moldrom
Successful completion of Beginner Mode will net Link some rupees. Intermidiate Mode is also unlocked.
Intermediate
Intermediate Mode consists of fifteen floors and costs 200 rupees to play. The floors are as follows:
- Floor 1- One Popo and eight Ropa
- Floor 2- Eight Chasupa
- Floor 3- Six Crow
- Floor 4- Ten Terrorpin
- Floor 5- Eight Green Sword Soldier
- Floor 6- Eight Blue Hardhat Beetle
- Floor 7- Six Blue Archer
- Floor 8- Eight Snap Dragon
- Floor 9- Six Helmasaur
- Floor 10- Eight Gibdo
- Floor 11- Four Ice Hinox
- Floor 12- Six Blue Zirro
- Floor 13- Seven Frozen Armos
- Floor 14- Two Green Soldier and a Grey Ball and Chain Trooper
- Floor 15- Five Moblin and Five shielded Moblin.
