Rauru is a town from The Adventure of Link. It is found on the western side of Hyrule. It is the closest town to the North Palace, it is also the first town that Link can visit.
Link can obtain the Shield Spell in this town after speaking to the Wise Man's Daughter. She will ask Link to visit her father before leaving the town. When Link enters her house, the Wise Man will be waiting for Link at the end of the basement to teach him the Shield Spell.
Link can get his health restored by the Healing Lady found near the second side of the town.
