The Tower of Hera is the second or third dungeon in A Link Between Worlds. It is inside this dungeon where the Pendant of Power can be found. The Tower of Hera is located at the top of Death Mountain in the northern section of Hyrule. It can be entered before or after the House of Gales; the order they are done in is up to the player.
