Tough Porgy Meunière is a meal in Breath of the Wild and a variant of the Porgy Meunière. It can be made in a Cooking Pot and requires specific ingredients to make. When an Armored Porgy, Goat Butter, and Tabantha Wheat are cooked together, it will create Tough Porgy Meunière. If an additional ingredient is added that has a different effect, than just regular Porgy Meunière will be made.
