Tough Fruit and Mushroom Mix is a meal in Breath of the Wild and it is a variant of the Fruit and Mushroom Mix. It can be cooked over a Cooking Pot, and requires specific ingredients to make, listed below.

With the addition of a Ironshroom to any type of fruit, such as an Apple, the meal will restore some hearts, but also give Link a temporary defense boost.
