Tott is a strange man who likes to dance on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker. Described as "The World's Charismatic Dancer Extraordinaire," he can be found dancing in front of a grave every hour of the day. If Link uses the Wind Waker in front of him, he will teach him the Song of Passing.
