Tott, the self-proclaimed World's Charismatic Dancer Extraordinaire, is a strange man who likes to dance. He can be found on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker, dancing in front of a grave every hour of the day. If Link uses the Wind Waker in front of him, he teaches him the Song of Passing.
