The Tokay Secret is a Secret from Oracle of Seasons used within Oracle of Ages. Link will first need to complete Oracle of Ages and start a Linked Game record of Oracle of Seasons.
Prerequisites
Before Link can complete this quest, he will need to have blown up the Moblin's Keep, found just west of Sunken City. Link will need to have acquired the Zora's Flippers from Sunken City in order to reach the Moblin's Keep. After defeating the Great Moblin, he will leave the keep and try to start back up again at the abandoned house at the southeast of Sunken City. Link can head inside and toss a bomb or ember seed on the stack of bombs. Link should then leave the building before it explodes. The Great Moblin and his moblin friends will then run off.
Learn the Secret
Return to the Moblin's Keep, where Link received a Piece of Heart in a treasure chest. Once Link returns here, he'll find a Moblin. This Moblin claims he's no enemy of Link and offers to tell him a secret.[1] The secret he has to tell Link relates to the Tokay people of Labrynna.[2][3]
Tell the Secret
Back in Oracle of Ages, head to Crescent Island in the present day and travel to the east side of the island. Enter the Wild Tokay Museum and speak with the operator.[4] Tell him the secret and he'll comment that it is the legendary Wild Tokay secret.[5] This will cause the Tokay to bring back the Wild Tokay mini-game. The Tokay offers Link a chance to play and asks if he knows the rules.[6][7]
Link can then play the Wild Tokay game in the present. It is exactly as it was in the Past. Link will need to toss Tasty Meat at the Tokay, as they come down the sides of the mini-game. If Link clears the game, the Tokay will reward Link with a Bomb upgrade![8] He'll then give Link a secret to take back to Holodrum.[9]
Reward
The Tokay will give Link a Bomb Upgrade. The amount of Bombs that Link can then hold is dependent on whether Link has already received the Bomb Upgrade native to the game. If it is his first upgrade, it will increase Link's Bomb Capacity from 10 to 30. If it is the second upgrade, it will increase the Bomb Capacity from 30 to 50.
