Talk to Liana in Gerudo Town to begin the quest.
Walkthrough
To prevent having to come back, go ahead and buy a Hearty Durian from the fruit vendor if you do not already have one.
Barta can be found at the Gerudo Great Skeleton to the far southwest, just outside the Hawa Koth Shrine. She is underneath the head of the fossil. Talk to her twice and give her the Hearty Durian.
Return to the objective marker and talk to Liana to complete the quest and get a Silver Rupee.
