Walkthrough
Speak to Dalia to begin the quest.
Right next to Dalia is a waterfall. Climb up beside it (you can't climb while actually in the waterfall) and you'll see melon rinds floating down the water source.
Trace these all the way back to their origin (pretty much straight west) and talk to the Gerudo eating melons there.
Next collect 10 Wildberries. They tend to grow in regions which require Cold Resistance Level 2.
Turn them in to Calyban, then return to Dalia to complete the quest for a Hydromelon.
