Telmas bar is in Twilight Princess.It is located southeast of Castle Town. Inside you can find Telma and her cat Louise behind the order area . In the corner you can find the Post Man reading the order . Now the important part is The crowd of people.
Ashei
The one standing and is a female is called Ashei.She rules the Snowpoint area and is sometimes seen with a yeti outfit.
Rusl
He is only there to help save the kids and he is wearing a helmet.
Shad
He is the youngish looking one of the group.He has a huge fascination with the Hylian race and with the sky.
Auru
He is in his 50's i think and he is in charge of Gerudo Desert.
