Talon is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series, appearing mainly in Lon Lon Ranch, and every time he is accompanied along with his daughter, Malon. He is known by being carefree and generally lazy, leaving all of his work for Malon and Ingo to tend to.

Talon owns the Lon Lon Ranch, and Link first encounters him outside of Hyrule Castle, where he went off to deliver some milk, but fell asleep. Link awakens Talon with the assistance of a Cucco. He then runs off to the ranch. After this, if Link goes to the ranch, he can take on the Super Cucco-findin' Game.
