Suggest getting the Korok seed above first, then flying down. As you come down, you should see the shrine behind some large ice blocks. Should only need a few fire arrows on the large ice block to the left, and then you can climb over. Know that the slate pedestal you need to examine to create the warp point also has a single ice block that just takes one fire arrow.

:This isn't really consistent with the other 119 shrine walkthroughs which don't mention nearby korok seeds or talk about how to access the panel separately from accessing the shrine. Part of the problem with Breath of the Wild is that there's 5 different ways to do any given action (such as melting ice) that instead of focusing on how to do something (such as use fire arrows) we focus on what needs doing (such as melting the ice, which can be done multiple ways). --[[User:Thortok2000|Thortok2000]] ([[User talk:Thortok2000|talk]]) 04:53, July 9, 2018 (UTC)
