For reference in Tears of the Kingdom: She spends 24hrs(in game hours) above ground and 24 below. At roughly 8.30AM she comes out of the East Akkala Plains Chasm, Then by 8.30AM the next day goes into the Drenan Highlands Chasm. Waiting at either of the chasms seems to be the best way to mount her while on the surface. In the Depths she passes right next to the Tayamik Lightroot, a rocket shield is enough to get into her wake and re-mount. You can farm 1 piece of her approximately every 12hrs (in game). You'll know she's ready to farm a piece when her horns light up a bright color. It appears that her shards don't respawn while actively riding her, but if you get far enough away they seem to respawn after an in game day cycle. I don't write wiki's very well so didn't want to botch this data, but figured it should be placed somewhere. Once I have the parts I need from her I'll hunt down the others.
